Mobile installation for extinguishing oil and gas fountains
The gas-powder fire extinguishing system is designed to extinguish oil and gas fountains with a debit of about 1000 m3 / day (for oil) from a distance of 15-20 m. The installation is a block container that can be installed on various chassis with a wheel formula of 6 х 6 of the required load capacity. The installation uses the technology of gas-powder fire extinguishing utilizing the option of «separate storage».
Separate storage of gas-powder fire extinguishing agent increases the efficiency of reloading the fire extinguishing agent. The extinguishing powder is kept in containers with a volume of 1 m3 each, which does not need to be disassembled for recharging. Carbon dioxide is contained in a battery of high-pressure cylinders with shut-off valves that allow you to repeat the work and charge the cylinders with carbon dioxide. The device has a container with water for irrigation of the upper and side surfaces of the device. The side and upper surfaces are made of heat-protective and light-reflective materials.
