EDUARD USMANOV
Eduard graduated with honors Moscow Bauman State Technical University with Specialty Degree ‘Economics and Management’ in 2007, RANHIGS University with a degree in ‘Public Management’ in 2018.
He started his career in the Big4 consulting company «Deloitte&Touche». Further, in the role of Project Director, he coordinated major transactions of the Russian branch of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Core competencies: corporate finance, investment and risk management, strategic planning. Eduard has successfully closed 10+ business deals worth over $10 billion.

ELENA RECHITSKAYA
Elena has got two diplomas with honors of Ulyanovsk State University at Specialist Degree program in “Finance and Credit” (2004) and Specialist Degree in “Linguistics and International Cooperation” (2004). From year 2016 Elena is a member of the ‘Association of Chartered Certified Accountants’ (UK London).
She started her career in the Big 4 consulting company «Ernst &Young» in the audit department in the field of Industrial Product and Retail division. Main projects: Russian Railways, Ikea, Sual.
Having gained extensive experience in various business areas, she continued as Deputy General Director for External Projects in Liral Group of Companies where she managed the Australian and Cypriot subdivisions.
Core competencies: investment and financial analysis, optimization of international taxation, strategic management, management and implementation of projects of various levels of complexity in the investor’s portfolio.

KIRILL ZHELEZCHIKOV
Graduated from the Moscow State Industrial University at the Likhachev Automobile Plant, Specialty Degree «Automobile and tractor construction».
He started his career at ZIL plant, worked in the Department of Design and Experimental Works. Since the beginning of 2011, he has worked in the field of special automotive industry for the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation. Since the end of 2016, he has been a co-executive director for the development of Unified Module Platform EMP «Tuple» vehicles.
He was awarded a certificate of honor from the Ministry of Defense for the development of a special presidential car.
Participant of state and interdepartmental tests of special automotive and tracked vehicles.
